In this policy, “Mowtown Girls,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Mowtown Girls lawn-care business serving St. Petersburg, Florida.

Information you provide
- Service requests: your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred contact method, requested services, ZIP code, optional street address, and project details.
- Updates subscriptions: your email address, consent date and source, and subscription status.
- Communications: information you include in follow-up messages or privacy requests.
- Consultations and service delivery:customer and contact details, service-site addresses and coordinates, property photos, requested work, access and safety instructions, equipment needs, appointments, and service completion records.
- Workforce operations: worker profile, qualifications, service areas, availability, accepted work, release requests, job notes, and closeout photos submitted through the authenticated portal.
Information processed automatically
When you use the site, our hosting and security systems may process technical information such as your network address, browser or device type, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the site. Our forms also use a hidden anti-spam field and form timing. For rate limiting and duplicate detection, the server converts the network address and normalized submission details into one-way keyed hashes; the raw network address is not stored in our form-submission tables.
